Support SCAD Development

SCAD, short for Star Citizen Aided Dispatch, is a project built for Star Citizen organizations that want better coordination during operations, SOS calls, player status tracking, and large-scale group activities.

The idea comes from GTA V RP, where playing as a police officer often meant using CAD systems, Computer Aided Dispatch, to manage calls, units, and incidents. I wanted to bring a similar operational workflow into Star Citizen, where the biggest enemy during larger operations is often not the game itself (mostly is :)), but communication chaos.
