How can a personalized message increase the number of coffees you receive?


Where can you find this feature?


It is as easy as making an espresso:

Log in to your account.

Go to the Community tab.

Choose the Thank-yous section.

Edit thank-you messages for one-time amounts and subscriptions.

What personalization is all about

By default, we send every supporter a standard email on your behalf. It is correct, but it is missing you. When you select “I want to personalize the email content,” you open an editor where you can write exactly what you feel. You can add emojis, format the text, and include links.

A few technical tips:

Preview. Before you confirm changes, send a preview to your own inbox to make sure everything looks perfect.

Images and files. Email clients display images differently, so instead of pasting an image directly, upload it to Google Drive or Dropbox and include the link in the message.

Do not forget to save. At the bottom you will find the SAVE button. Only clicking it activates the new message in the system.

How to use this message creatively? Case studies

A personalized message is the perfect place for more intimate communication. Only people who actually supported you will read it. How can you use that?

Bonus content. Share a link to an unpublished photo, a behind-the-scenes video, or a PDF checklist.

Community access. Paste an invite link to a private Facebook group or a Discord channel.

Direct contact. Add a Calendly link so supporters can book a short call with you.

Passwords and codes. Share a password to a hidden blog post or a discount code for your store.

Support tiers strategy. Your “VIP club”

This is a feature that can genuinely increase contributions. You can set the minimum amount at which the system sends your custom message. The default is 5 PLN.

Example: You set the threshold at 20 PLN. People who donate less receive the standard thank-you. But those who “buy a bigger coffee” get a message with an exclusive gift or a link to bonus materials. This is a great motivator for fans to support you with higher amounts.
