All of pro-it.rocks runs on hardware I own. No cloud, and every post written by hand, by me. But owning your own stack comes with a bill: the pro-it.rocks and morndur.com domains to renew every year, the electricity that powers the homelab in the corner of my office, and the hardware itself, which wears out and occasionally dies. Those servers grind through research, generate the artwork, and host all of it around the clock, and the meter keeps ticking whether or not I happen to be publishing anything.

This goal is for the boring but necessary part: keeping the lights on in the homelab. The target is small on purpose, because I would rather set a real one I can actually reach than a round number that scares people off with an empty bar. Once we clear it, the next goals get more interesting (a piece of hardware I will break and write about, for instance).
